Eucalyptus

The Eucalyptus belongs to the genus of myrtleplants The Eucalyptustree and bush is evergreen. It has got its name, because of the closed hoodform calyx, in which the “hidden” seeds are burrowed.
The most Eucalyptus forms are fast growing, very hardwooded, large trees and bushes. The Giant-Eucalyptus obtains as the deciduous tree with the largest growth-hight.
The Eucalyptus serves for the recovery of: intense-smelling essential oils, combustible as also for the logging. In addition to that have the leaves of it a sanative effect.
In South Europe Eucalyptus gets often cultivated, because of its fast growing and the good wood-quality. The wood bequeathes less of ash and is qualified for the manufacturing of charcoal.
Also Eucalyptus is used as flooring and in the furniture industry.
